This is a research project to assess the effectiveness of the book ‘Gagging for It’ to eliminate hypersensitive gagging from participants who suffer with this condition.

The project is in 2 parts. The first part is to carry out an assessment of the participants level of hypersensitive gagging with a survey questionnaire based on the questionnaire that is in the book.

A free copy of the book ‘Gagging for It’ will be then sent out to the Participant. They will have up to 3 weeks to read the book (it is a short book – 42 pages) and put into practice the techniques advised in the book. Once they have completed reading the book and actioned the techniques, they can complete the 2nd survey, which will assess what impact the book has had on their hypersensitive gagging.
